Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of wizmergefda.elijahgainesasg.workers.dev (the "Site"). Eli Gaines owns and operates the Site. The Site is an Outlook online mail merge tool. By using the Site, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to follow them at all times.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site legally and not to use the Site for illegal purposes. You agree not to:
- harass or mistreat other users of the Site;
- violate the rights of other users of the Site;
- hack into another user's account on the Site;
- act in any way that could be considered fraudulent; or
- post any material that may be deemed inappropriate or offensive.
If we believe you are using the Site illegally or in violation of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site, and to take any legal steps necessary to prevent you from accessing the Site.
Intellectual Property
Eli Gaines and the Site's creators own all content published on the Site, including text, images, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything else that makes up the Site.
Third-Party Services
The Site signs you in through Microsoft Entra ID and sends mail through Microsoft Graph. Microsoft's terms and privacy policy govern those services. We do not control Microsoft's services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Limitation of Liability
Eli Gaines and his directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates are not liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Site.
Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using the Site you indemnify and hold harmless Eli Gaines and his directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Privacy
- The Site runs entirely in your browser. We operate no servers that receive your data.
- You sign in directly with Microsoft. The Site requests permission to read and write your mailbox (Mail.ReadWrite) and to send mail (Mail.Send), and it uses only the permissions you approve.
- The Site reads your contact list locally in your browser. Your spreadsheet never uploads to us.
- The Site stores your templates and settings in your browser's local storage, on your device only.
- Drafts and sent mail are saved to your own Outlook mailbox through Microsoft Graph. We never see, store, or transmit your emails, contacts, or attachments.
- The Site uses no analytics and no tracking.
Applicable Law
The laws of the State of Florida govern these Terms and Conditions.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid under applicable law, that provision is removed and the remaining provisions stay in effect.
Changes
We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will post a notice on the Site.
